↳ self care best care! i hadn't taken myself on a self care date in SOOO long! i'm so happy i was finally able to squeeze one into my busy schedule @.@ it's the small things that keep us going! those small things for me are exercise, singing in the car, reading, shopping (to an extent bc i am saving money for all of the kpop tours that are happening next year LOL), cleaning, and so much more! i'm just glad i got to squeeze all of these things in a day without overwhelming myself. it was such a nice day! watching this vlog back made me excited to film a self care vlog for dec, filled with christmas cheer and fun! WOOHOO! i hope you guys are making sure to carve out that self care time for yourselves no matter how busy you are! it is quite NECESSARY!! so plan something now if you haven't! you deserve it :-)
