The newest leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-un, has heightened those tensions as he's felt that the lack of nuclear weapons was the reason that other leaders like Saddam Hussein and Moammar Gaddafi ended up being overthrown. Add Donald Trump to that mix and it looks like war with North Korea could happen at any moment.
