How to make the Un Memento Naked & Famous Cocktail
Originally a riff between the Paper Plane and the Last Word cocktails, this one is an equal parts for four amazing ingredients and will garner a place on your cocktail menu easily - IF you can find yellow Chartreuse.
The Recipe
3/4 oz of Aperol
3/4 oz of Mexcal - I used Un Memento
3/4 oz of Yellow Chartreuse.
3/4 oz of Lime Juice - fresh if you can
Add all to a shaker and shake until completely mixed, diluted and chilled.
