How to use Quick Part in Word

With this command we can write any sentence with only 3 letters.
Step1. Write any Paragraph or Sentence.
Step2. Select above write text
Step3. Go to insert block menu and click Quick Part
Step4. Select (Save Select to Quick Part Gallery)
Step5. Type any short name minimum 3 letters
Step6. Click Ok Button
Step7. remove above text from your page.
How can insert text from Quick Part Gallery:
Step1. Type above short name
Step2. Press F3 Functional key from Keyboard.
