Final Cut Pro now on iPad - good or bad???
Hey Friends! Apple have just announced that Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro X are coming to M1 iPads on 23rd May 2023. I guess we should all be jumping for joy but why do i feel so weird about it? Is this a good thing for Final Cut or is it a step in the wrong direction? One thing is clear, the new iPad apps will be subscription based, so does this mean that future desktop versions of Final Cut Pro X will adopt a similar pricing model in the future and does that mean we'll get regular updates? Is Final Cut Pro X falling behind the competition and will this new app and possible pricing model be the investment that apple needs to push the app forward? I have so many unanswered questions but im excited to see where it goes
