My apologies, just realized this mistake while timestamping it - Nameplate Cooldowns is the addon I have in order to track each targeted player's remaining cooldowns. For instance if my target is a paladin and used bubble, next to his floating HP bar, I can see how many seconds/minutes left before he can re-use it. Extremely important for RBG & Arenas alike. BigDebuff helps me track the ACTIVE CD that the targeted enemy is using; so for the same example, with BigDebuff, I can see how long is the paladin bubble lasting.
