Israeli comedian, Noam Shuster - Eliassi isn’t like most Israeli Jews. Her roots are Iranian on her mothers side. Her father refused to serve in the IDF and was imprisoned for it. She was raised in a Palestinian - Jewish neighbourhood, on purpose. She is fluent in both Arabic and Hebrew and not for spying purposes. Samira speaks with Noam about the heaviness of carrying so many identities and trying to use her comedy as a bridge in what feels like an ever widening gulf.
