Potential Legal Trouble for James Charles Makeup Brand?! Chemist Thought's
Today we are talking about a potential legal issue that James Charles Painted could face if held accountable. James Charles Morphe Palette had similar issues when colorants were used in the palette which the FDA does not consider safe for eye use. Since the face paint is recommend for all over use, and is advertised to be used for the eye, this goes against the FDAs regulations. In addition, I look into the ingredients of this product from my background as a chemist and give my thoughts.
