My Personal Protest (Save Oleg Sentsov)
The personal protest of Alexandra Orlova.
On 24.09.18, Alexandra was one of many who took part in an organised series of single person petitions directed towards the Russian presidential administration for the release of Ukrainian film maker Oleg Sentsov.
On 7 September 2019, in a prisoner swap with Ukraine, Russia released Oleg Sentsov.
At present, more than 100 Ukrainian citizens remain imprisoned in Russia. Konstantin Kotov, who helped organize and coordinate the single person protests, has subsequently been arrested and sentenced to 4 years in prison.
