Halo MCC: Halo 3 ODST Campaign Mod- Master Chief As The Rookie
Hey there peeps and welcome back to another Halo 3 ODST mod showcase! In this video, we will be checking out a mod that follows an alternate timeline, where Master Chief stayed behind in New Mombasa, rather then chasing the Prophet of Regret. This is Master Chief as The Rookie, created by Generalkidd!

This mod swaps The Rookie for Master Chief in the Halo 3 ODST campaign. Master Chief will essentially be the main character on all missions that originally featured The Rookie. You'll be able to fully play as Master Chief in gameplay and see him in action in cutscenes as well!
While a simple mod, playing as Master Chief in Halo 3 ODST was awesome! I like the custom HUD and model swap, and I think it would be awesome to take it a step further and implement first person and normal Spartan shields. Still, this mod was a blast to play and I recommend giving it a go!
