Pharmaceutical Drug Vial Quality Inspection System
Dynamic Automation & Robotics developed and patented a machine to inspect and rejected filled pharmaceutical vials at a rate of 500 parts per minute. This inspection machine can inspect pharmaceutical drug vials directly after the filling system. This machine is integrated into the existing pharmaceutical drug production line and uses proprietary laser inspection hardware to inspect, measure and detect various detects within the seal, cap and other key points of the vial production process.
