In this video, we will go on an excursion at the new enterprise of Agrosila-Service JSC and will attend the Briefing "Results of the Year" with the participation of Svetlana Barsukova, General Director of Agrosila JSC.

Today, the production facilities of Agrosila-Service JSC consist of 18 specialized sites, 15 of which are located on the territory of the production base in Naberezhnye Chelny, one site is localized in the villages of Bolshoe Nurkeevo and Dzhalil, one - in Zainsk. A repair campaign of AGROSILA Holding is being implemented at these sites, and in 2019 900 million rubles were allocated to finance this. The campaign is based on the principles of lean manufacturing, which today can reduce the cost of repair work by optimizing production processes, their stabilization, predictability and planning. The use of diagnostic systems TEXA, EASY CNH, BOSCH KTS for diagnostics of internal combustion engines, fuel, electronic and hydraulic systems can also be attributed to innovative technologies used in the repair of machinery. This is a modern software with which sensors are used to monitor and describe their work. The technology allows specialists to analyze the sensor readings and draw conclusions about the existing problems of the systems, their performance, as well as the possibility of further operation of the equipment.

Svetlana Barsukova, General Director of Agrosila JSC: “The high level of equipment at service sites is of particular importance, since it ensures the uninterrupted operation of all parts of the Holding’s production chain. The creation of two new enterprises on the basis of Agrosila Group, CJSC: Agrosila-Service JSC and Agrosila-Logistics LLC, was completed in 2018 and became the logical end of the formation of the structure of a vertically integrated Holding Company. "Agrosila-Service" performs the whole range of repairs to the existing equipment, "Agrosila-Logistics" - ensures the implementation of technological operations at enterprises during the implementation of the production program for crop production and livestock. Today, they naturally cooperate with each other, preferring the acquisition of more efficient equipment, energy-efficient tractors, productive sprayers, powerful multipurpose combines. This is done with the aim of increasing the level of "energy availability" by one hectare, which ultimately leads to a decrease in the period of technological agricultural operations, and therefore to an increase in yield while reducing short-term costs. "

Petr Chaplygin, Deputy General Director of Agrosila JSC for the activities of Agrosila-Service JSC: “Judging by the number, then in the Holding Company there is approximately an equal number of imported and domestic equipment. But, as a rule, domestic is a segment of light tractors (MTZ, VTZ, etc.) and trucks (KAMAZ), and the import, in turn, powerful, high-tech, engaged in carrying out technological field operations - energy-saturated tractors, complex trailed machines, - or during harvesting - grain, beet harvesters. Despite the differences, the repair campaign is based on lean principles and is carried out within certain periods, among which there are several main groups: the repair of tractors and trailer units used in sowing and tillage operations comes to us from late October to early April. They are followed by sprayers - from July to early May, combine harvesters - the repair period from early October to late June, beet harvesters are repaired and diagnosed from early December to early August. In addition, overhaul of the MTZ tractors and KAMAZ vehicles is carried out in a year-round regime. ”

During the year, procurement of spare parts and materials required for repairs and scheduled maintenance of equipment will be carried out. The campaign will take place in several stages: carrying out the troubleshooting of equipment and the formation of defective statements, conducting trade (procurement procedures), supplying spare parts and materials, carrying out direct repairs, handing over equipment to customers. ” In total, about 270 specialists will be employed in the large-scale campaign. Within the framework of the campaign of 2019, a whole-season repair of the whole range of equipment used by the holding’s agrofirms will be carried out: tractors of such manufacturers as: John Deere, CASENEWHOLLAND, Mc Cormick, FENDT, CLAAS; agricultural tools AMAZONE, LEMKEN, HORSCH, Agrocraft, BEDNAR, Hatzenbichler; sprayers JACTO, Challenger, Buhler, KUHN; Mac Don, CLAAS, PCM, KUHN, Kverneland forage harvesting equipment, CASENEWHOLLAND, CLAAS, PCM grain harvesting equipment, ROPA, GRIMME, HOLMER, AMITY beet harvesters, and KAMAZ trucks.
