Promises, Asyncstorage, and Axois for React Native
So, I was trying to return the response data I was getting from an Axios call wrapped in a AsyncStorage call.
Reason being, I needed the token from AsyncStorage in order to use my api – making a valid axois call. For the longest time, my response being passed back was undefined.
I wondered why?
Then I discovered that I actually needed to wrap the entire thing in a promise.
