Supreme Court "Duck Test" - Awful Dissent
Justice Sotomayor in the recent Supreme Court case on the bumpstock ban wrote the ridiculous statement comparing machine guns to ducks and that if one looks like one, then it is one. Meanwhile, they argue that the technical details are not important, even though that is what defines a machine gun.
