Who doesn't like sweets or ice cream? Maybe a cake? Or even chocolate, especially when we're not feeling well. In case you didn't know: These foods contain a lot of sugar. But do you what happens if I eat too much sugar?

Sugar is an umbrella term for edible crystallized carbohydrates, primarily sucrose, lactose, and fructose. Specifically, small monosaccharides and oligosaccharides. Its main characteristic is the sweet taste. In cooking, when talking about "sugars", polyols are usually excluded from the definition of sugar, leaving all monosaccharides and disaccharides.

In this video you will learn in few minutes what does sugar do to your body.
