Why does the Las Vegas raiders continue to look like the Josh mcdaniels led raiders? Antonio Pierce is not getting these men prepared every week. The problem with this game against the Carolina panthers was the defense was absolutely terrible. Missed tackles, blown coverage and the offense continues to look bad. Something gotta happen to make the pain stop. Raider nation and the silver and black history deserve more from this team. Yes Maxx Crosby was injured but who else will step up?
