Rust Halloween 2022 Update Preview
They are adding these portals to the game for this year's Halloween update. This is just a preview of what to expect. Not sure how they spawn, but I think it will be a mission (could be anything though/random). Some things can still change before the final update is pushed, so be mindful of that.
