Perhaps there is a timeline in which Minthara, Halsin, and the tieflings are alive
I don't know if this was bugged. I also don't know how I managed to inspire Minthara. I never modded the game either. Instead, I used the "sheepthara technique" to save Minthara, Halsin, and the tieflings. I'll just leave it here because all I can do is hope.
