On July 26, 2023, the so-called head of the Kemerovo Region's Main Directorate of Economic Development, General Kornienko, failed to appear for the third time to see Mikhail Alferov, Nikolai Poletayev's representative, regarding his failure to fulfill his duties during the investigation of a crime report under KUSP 1941 dated May 10, 2023, registered at the Leninsk-Kuznetsky Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. A biological organism with external characteristics of female gender was in Kornienko's position and refused to present its service identification.
