(Patched) How to get Infinite Souls in Demon's Souls Remake

My friends and I were having some fun with some recently discovered Demon's Souls Remastered glitches. Here is a video of us doing it on a separate new characters.
Steps:
1. The person giving the souls (provider) will need to use the gold coin luck glitch to raise their luck. The key thing the provider must do is get their souls required to a large positive number by eyeballing it. Try to get around 6,000 luck stat.
2. The person receiving the souls (gifted) will need to be invaded by the provider and perform Soul Sucker on the provider. This will get the provider out of the glitched state while providing the number of souls "used" by the provider to achieve the last level to the gifted.
3. Rinse and Repeat.

1. Why do we need 6,000 luck?
If the provider let's their luck grow indefinitely, it will perform an integer overflow and the souls required will become negative. This is roughly a good value my friend and I found after eyeballing that will yield a large quantity of souls.

tl;dr: Computers store numeric value as binary numbers. The max value a signed 32 bit integer 2,147,483,647. Once it is exceeds this value, the signed bit, the bit used to indicate to computers that this integer is negative or not, will be flipped. This is why if you look closely to the growing number of souls required, the souls flip back to negative roughly around 2 billion.
3. Why do I need to get a large souls required value?
Soul Sucker works by draining the target of 1 soul level and granting the caster the 2x the souls used to gain that one level. The game believes that the provider had legitimately provided those souls for said level.
4. Where do I get Soul Sucker?
You need to beat the game first and get the good ending (walk away and let Maiden in Black lull the Old One back to slumber). This will grant you the Maiden in Black Soul. Then, in the next NG, rescue Yuria in 1-3 and trade the Soul for Soul Sucker. The route I usually take is rush 1-1 boss (required) and 1-2 then go to world 2. In world 2-1, once you get to the lava, equip fire resistant armor, ring, and shield and run through the lava with your shield up to avoid running the latter half of the level. In world 2-2, take the dropdown shortcut to flamelurker. The Dragon God is a cakewalk assuming you understand the "hide-and-seek" mechanics. After that, go to 1-3 and grab the two keys to rescue the witch.
