INGREDIENTS
White batter:
80g rice flour
30g tapioca starch and 10g glutinous rice flour
50g mung beans
120g sugar
250ml coconut milk (concentrated)
A pinch of salt and vanilla extract
Green batter:
125g tapioca starch
120g sugar
150ml coconut milk (concentrated)
100ml pandan leaf extract (60g fresh pandan leaves)
