Located just 20 minutes away from Seattle, Bellevue is the next hotspot in the region where tech giants including Amazon and Facebook will be expanding. It's also in the backyard of the Microsoft headquarters. While all of the tech investment makes Bellevue a VERY expensive place to live, it's arguably a cleaner and safer place for tourists as of the year 2020, given its proximity to the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.
