Mac OS X Lion Announcement
This is a quick announcement of the Mac OS X Lion coming this Summer. The new features include:
1. The Mac App Store: Which includes thousands of Application that can be downloaded right on your Macintosh computer.
2. Launchpad: A page for all your applications, just like the "Home Page" in the iOS devices.
3. Full Screen Applications: The application takes over the full screen.
4. Mission Control: Mac command central which includes Dashboard and Expose in one place.
5. Gestures and Animations: Multi-Touch gestures which makes you more interactive ways to connect with your Mac.
6. Auto Save: Saves your work every hour so you wont have to.
7. Versions: While Auto Saving, the Mac software keeps versions of your work so it would be easier for the user.
8. Resume: When you shut down your computer, you will lose everything you were working on, this feature will help you to pick up exactly where you left off when you turn on your Mac.
9. Mail 5: Just like mail on your iPad, the mail application takes advantage of the large display
10. Air Drop: Send it by air via wifi connection.
11. All-new FileVault: A new level to protect your files.
12. Lion Server: Simply a better server which is now a part of the Mac OS X Lion.
