helmet: hp%, hp, resists
chest: hp%, hp, phys dmg taken (-%), resists
gloves: hp, atk spd, crit dmg, crit rate, resists
feet: move spd, area dmg, projectile dmg, hp, resists
amulet: hp, hp%, lightning dmg, ele dmg%, resists
belt: hp, hp%, mana pot effect, mana pot cd recovery, resists
rings: atk spd, hp, ele dmg or area dmg, crit dmg, crit rate, resists
