Zero to Hero - Hercules Action Game version
I noticed the version of the song as played in the menu of the game (here the PS1 version) is quite different from the final movie version, with different instrumentation (seems to use synthesizer for a lot of it, and the guitar is more prominent) and even vocals (note the lack of male vocals at 1:35), missing sound effects, and the visuals are also somewhat different (notice Sebastian and Flounder from the Little Mermaid at 2:03), so I found it worth uploading on its own. Maybe this was from an early cut of the movie the game developers got before the film itself was finished?
