In my relative new pc I build in the end of 2022 I still got 2 old fashioned hard drives. I was thinking with prices of SSD's being so low, and the data on my "D-drive" is not the most important data, I thought, how much of a performance boost I would get by buying 4 cheap Sata SSD's and put those in Raid 0 (or in Windows known as "Striped mode"). According to specs you can use these ssd's practically the rest of your life, but would they really be faster? I made a before and after speedtest with CrystalDiskMark.
