Today I'll show you how to knit this balaclava (hooded hat).
I'm sure you've already heard about this mega trend for Fall/Winter 2023-34.
Now it's time to get your needles ready so you can finish your new favorite piece in time. If you want to get started right away, skip to minute

Why a favorite piece?
Well, it's cozy and warm, and absolutely on trend. It looks best with a trench coat or as a finishing touch to a sporty outfit.
In any case, I hope you have lots of fun knitting it!
Perhaps this is your first knitting project? With the help of these step-by-step instructions, you're sure to succeed!
In this first part #1, I'll show you how to knit the looped part and increase for the hood.
There's also a longer intro where I tell you a bit about the product and yarn, but you can skip that if you like. Unfortunately, the sound quality isn't very good. I only realized the cause too late. The knitting pattern itself is fine, though.

♥ Materials for the balaclava for sizes 54 cm - 58 cm in a loose-fit style:
150g Luv & Lee uni from Atelier Zitron with needle size 5.5.
Alternatively: 50g color and 100g uni
100g is sufficient for a close-fitting balaclava.
You can also use any merino wool with a yardage of 80m - 100m that knits well with needle size 5-6 and is comfortable to wear.
