To complete the quest, you have to decrypt some of the codes given near the terminals inside the HUB
Step 01: Destroy all 4 PSY Points
Step 02: Find the Decryption Key
Step 03: Decrypt the terminals using the Decryption Key
Step 04: Find another hidden decryption clue to decrypt the terminal
Step 05: Decrypt the terminals using the given clue
After completing it, you'll gain access to play Wertandrew's Paranoia Tantrum III - Duality
