What was the inspiration for this video? I’ve been struggling with my mental health recently and decided it was time to finally put myself first. I took the full day off work, got some fresh air and completed many mindfulness activities (such as yoga - as a beginner! - as well as painting) whilst taking the whole day to relax overall. Please, please make sure you’re putting yourself first when you need to. Mental health is SO important... Just like breaking the stigma surrounding it. 🤍
What are you up to now? Working full-time and I’ve never been happier! 🥰
