OBS Fullscreen Stream/Record Game Capture Black Screen Fix

There is another video on Youtube of a guy claiming that he fixed the full screen game capture, which he didn't. In his video he does monitor record, Which is not GameCapture. Recording the screen is not the same as recording the Video Game Executable itself.
After this video you will be able to Stream or Record your video game in Open Broadcaster Software via Game Capture! in Full Screen. (No more black screen!)
