Sharing Methods of Converting From AI to PS Format!
The client is driving me crazy, insisting on converting this AI file to PSD format. What should I do? Don't worry, P S and AI are compatible. First, in AI, on the layers panel, click on the upper right corner and select "Release to Layers" in order. Select all the sublayers and drag them to the top. Then click on "File" and "Export". Select the "Export As" option, and don't forget to select "Photoshop (.PSD)". Remember to check the "Write Layers" box. Then open the file in Photoshop. Look, all the layers are editable in P S. In Photoshop, you can hold down the "Control" key and click on the layer thumbnail to create a selection. Then go to "Paths" and create a "Work Path". Then export this path to a file.
