Did someone say fishing??? Purtis Creek State Park is well known for the great bass fishing opportunities they have throughout the park. While we’re not all in on fishing, we can appreciate why anglers love coming here.
The camping is great, you can even fish from your site. The Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center is very close to this park and a great day trip for the family.
