standard hourly CHARGES APPLY.
FIX-IT-FAST have no call out fee but instead charge a minimum of the first hour's labour which is currently £30.00 for individuals and £35.00 for businesses, with additional hours being charged at £20.00 for individuals and £25.00 for businesses.
If your computer can be fixed or upgraded in this time then £30.00 or £35.00 labour cost is all you pay. If the job takes longer than 1 hour, FIX-IT-FAST will charge in half hour increments thereafter (e.g. 1.5 hours labour charge will be £40 0r £47.50)
Many problems can be fixed/solved onsite. However the more extensive/complex jobs may have to be carried out at our workshop. If this is the case, your PC will be returned back to you at the earliest possible time. Most callouts are carried out the very same day, otherwise within a 24hour period, this of course depending on our workload.
please be aware of the following before calling us out to Internet related problems.
Please make sure that the problem does not lie with your service provider and that your broadband line has been enabled before calling out our staff as if we do come out and the problem lies with your service provider then you will still be charged for the time spent diagnosing.
If fix it fast is able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but is only prevented from doing so because the customer does not possess the required software CD-Rom or Product Key, then the customer is charged for fix it fast's time spent to that point.
Testing charges will apply if we trace the problem down to Specific hardware and you decide not to commence with the repair..
Testing charges will apply on repaired PC's when we find it impossible to fix/diagnose the fault in the system and/or hardware ..
