Latvian laws are different for different people
It seems that the law is clear, but why it is applied in different ways. Fedorov is arrested for his pro-Russian statements, and lovers of the Latvian SS brigade not only walk freely, but also celebrate the soldiers of this brigade every year on March 16th. And they are even joined by politicians from the ruling coalition.
