Hidden by a black veil for a good part of the first-day press, the booth of Aurus ended up revealing its secrets. We certainly knew that the manufacturer was behind the new limousine Vladimir Putin. In Geneva, he claims an international ambition through its "short" version not far from the limousine. "Short" being a relative word since the car is still 5.63 m long, 2.2 m wide and 1.69 m high.
The V8 engine of this Aurus has been studied with Porsche.
It develops 598 hp while the electric motor, located between the 9-speed gearbox "fully developed in Russia" and the engine, develops 62 hp. As for the lithium-iron-phosphate battery installed under the trunk, it has a capacity of 15 Ah ... It takes this level of power to drive the three tons of the car!
