Concept:
Imagine Anxiety is a person standing in front of you & you're telling it to get lost. I don't know a single person who hasn't experienced more anxiety over the past two+ years, so I wanted to write a song to help people deal with it & raise awareness. I hope Anxiety No helps reduce the stigma around mental health issues.

Chekere choreographed her verses/middle 8 and added the rocking step to the "just breathe section". Krav choreographed his verses/middle 8 and came up with the idea of the canon before the first "ooh". Three creative heads are always better than one 😍
