Microsoft refunded $8000 to A Dad in Ontario! XBOX News!
Father Blamed Microsoft for sons bad decisions, however, technically Microsoft didn't have to refund anything. The charges were made on a credit card that the father gave to his son and there was no punishment for the child doing something so reckless. No consequences at all... from Microsoft anyway, He got his console takin away maybe, least the dad said he'll be removing it from the house, lets hope so. Interesting. Though I disagree with the refund because there was virtually no consequences for this case. I'll give them props on being generous because they have proven they arn't always so in other cases.
