Lesson 9 - added 7th & 9th chords
Hello Piano Practice Partners.
Well done for completing 2 months worth of lessons.
We're pushing forwards and expanding our knowledge today by taking some of the chords we already know and adding some extra notes to make them sound richer and fuller.
Specifically, we'll be focussing on the the added 7th chord, and the added 9th chord.
It's WAY simpler than it sounds, so don't fret.
We'll then apply this to our ii-V-I sequence we were looking at in lesson 6, which helps beef it out so we have even more knowledge and music at our disposal.
