Sonic CD PC frame rate bug
So, I have a BenQ 144hz monitor and as it turns out, that means that on Sonic CD, it has V-Sync and that caps the frame rate to the refresh rate of the monitor, which is great, except that means the game runs at 2.4x the speed it's supposed to. It's one of the few times a game is unplayable because of the high frame rate :P
