In order to qualify for the discount it’s based on Income for 2018 (see chart in video)
OR
If you received County, State or Federal financial assistance such as Food Stamps, Financial Aid, SSI-Federal Aid, etc.
If you qualify the total fee is:
$200 for Permanent Resident Card Renewal- Savings of $440
$250 for Citizenship- Savings of $625
$200 for Replacement of Naturalization Certificate- Savings of $555
$300 for Certificate of Citizenship- Savings of $1,020
The discount is based on the fee waiver program with USCIS, we complete the additional paperwork along with your application to pass along the savings to you.
