A “Bob” statue outside a Bob’s Big Boy restaurant in Downey lost his head after a violent crash early Wednesday morning.
According to witnesses, this specific “Bob” statue, which sits in front of the Bob’s Big Boy restaurant located on Firestone Boulevard near Old River School Road, was damaged around 2 a.m. Wednesday after a vehicle sheared a fire hydrant, sending the hydrant flying towards the statue.
