A muddy walk in the Cotswolds
Starting in the centre of the village of Broadway at the foot of the Cotswold escarpment, the walk first heads across fields to Broadway Old Church, and then climbs through woodland to reach the top of the scarp. It continues along the edge to Broadway Tower, considered one of the finest viewpoints in England, before descending back into the village. On the latter part of the walk a magnificent vista across the Vale of Evesham stretched out in front of us.
