Trust Accelerators
We're several weeks into Group 2 team members participating in the Leadership Transformation process through Initiative One. In the first group, we identified behaviors that would build and even accelerate trust across our team. When we shared them with Group 2, they suggested one other that we all agreed was excellent. So now we have a list, but what to do with it and how to keep it front and center? Here's our list and we hope it inspires you and your team to consider coming up with a list of your own!
