ULTRA FLEXIBLE Projection Lines | Reality or Fiction?
We’ve been having a debate at Jendamark Automation and Jendamark India Pvt. Ltd how valuable ultra-flexible, #agile production line might be. One of the underlying principles of Our ODIN Workstation is to enable our customers to build what they want when they want. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗕𝗢𝗠 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗙𝗜𝗗 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 is a core feature of ODIN Workstation. This dynamic process change allows us to build multiple types of products on the same shop floor, making us even more agile. For example, 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗮𝘅𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲. The only limitation would be the #mechanicaldesign and tooling required at each station. However, we want to know if this concept of agile #manufacturing is valuable to our customers. 𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆? We already have one customer, they help #startups develop their manufacturing processes for their products. They have an agile assembly line with ODIN Workstation. This has enabled them to develop and 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 as well as a 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 🚂 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁 on the same production line.
