The title of this series is definitely click bait!
I'm fully admitting that!
But, "Different Approaches to Common Dance Class Exercises" just didn't have the same ring to it!
This is a FREE series of videos for dance educators and dancers where I will go through common exercises and offer you a different way of teaching them. This is all to help teachers meet the new demands of the dance world! Afterall, dancers nowadays need to be stronger, more flexible, more versatile and more hard working than ever before! But this doesn't mean a whole new set of exercises! We just need to 'reframe' the way we teach the standard exercises like hamstring stretches, splits, foot exercises (point & flex) etc.

Episode 6 - (airs 21st Feb) Standing Stretches: Side, Corner & Hamstring
