Risk of Rain 2 - "Loader" Bossing & "Rex" the Survivor Unlock Challenge w/ Porkers Jr.
[2-10-22] Risk of Rain 2 duo run with Porkers Jr and the Sunshine Fan.
I try out the survivor, Loader, for the first time while also attempting to unlock the final survivor, Rex, in my collection.
Loader is a very tanky melee class that gains a recharging shield from each attack and plays similar to the Mercenary. In the equipment slot at the bottom right, you can see me carrying the Fuel Array item from stage 1. To unlock Rex, the robot-plant hybrid survivor, we must journey to the altar at the top of Abyssal Depths (Stage 4 fiery lava map) without the carrier detonating it from falling below 40% health during the course of the run.
Rex was released back in June 2019 during the Scorched Acres update.
