Ride FASTER Without Pedaling
The fastest way to increase your speed and efficiency on the bike is by using a pumptrack to get serious repetition for one of the most overlooked skills in all of mountain biking: pumping.
Pumptracks are incredible resources (and they are popping up everywhere in the world), because not only are they the perfect place to learn how to pump, but because of the loop design, you can rip laps and get a ton of practice in just a few short minutes.
Teegan and I just got home from a big cross-country bike trip, and the day he made the most progress was when we rode a pumptrack with Eric Porter (from @PorterMTB ). Things seemed to finally "click" for Teegan's riding after that, so we wanted to share the lesson with everyone in hopes that it could do the same for you.
