The project is a residential building in the middle of an ancient city with modern standards to meet the needs of the population, with respect to the foundations and principles found in the design of that City. it is represented in the principle of having shops on the ground floor level of the building, respect the existing heights to ensure that sunlight reaches every building. In addition to the presence of a large courtyard inside in order to create an atmosphere of interdependence and cooperation between the residents on the one hand, and to provide the rooms with lighting and ventilation on the other hand.
Note: completing the demolition process of an old, fragile and partially demolished "HARA" building and rebuilding the new Residential Building
Area: 1010.90 m2
Content: - the ground floor: has a variety of shops, but from the interior side, there is a large courtyard with a fountain and green space to increase the aesthetics of the place, in addition to the stairs to move the uppers floors
There are four (04) flours: each floor has a four(04) apartments
المشروع: مبنى سكني بمعايير عصريةوسط مدينة عريقة تلبية لاحتياجات السكان مع مراعاة احترام الأسس و المبادئ الموجودة في تصميم تلك المدينة والمتمثلة في : مبدأ وجود محلات تجارية على مستوى الطابق الأرضي للبناية, احترام الارتفاعات المتواجدة وذلك لضمان وصول أشعة الشمس لكل مبنى, إضافة إلى وجود فناء كبير بالداخل من أجل خلق جو الترابط والتعاون بين السكان من جهة وتزويد الغرف بالإضاءة و التهوية من جهة أخرى. ملاحظة: اتمام عملية هدم بناية "حارة" قديمة, هشة و مهدمة جزئيا و إعادة بناء مبنى سكني جديد
المساحة المبنية: 1010.90 م2
المحتوى: الطابق الأرضي به: محلات تجارية متنوعة (من الجهة الخارجية 'الرصيف') أما من الجهة الداخلية فيوجد فناء كبير مزود بنافورة ومساحة خضراء للزيادة من جمالية, تبريد وتهوية المكان, إضافة إلى السلالم للانتقال إلى الطوابق العلوية
وجود أربع طوابق: وكل طابق به أربع شقق
