Sku Grid: Using the Grid - How to Use the Filters on the My Items Tab

In this video, we will show you how to use the filters on your My Items tab in Sku Grid to help you quickly locate and navigate through your items.
Once you are logged into Sku Grid, you will automatically be redirected to the My Items Tab.
On this page, you will see "The Grid" containing all of your items.
There are 2 different filter drop downs on the grid.
The first filter is called Filter By Changes.
The second filter is called Filters.
Let's take a look at Filter By Changes first.
The Filter By Changes drop down is very useful. You can use this filter to find items that have had status changes that may be of interest to you.
Note: Next to the Filter By Changes Drop Down, there is a link that says Reset. Clicking this link will reset the counts on all of the filters, so that the next time you come in to use the filter, it will only retrieve items that have changed since the last time you reset it.
In the drop down menu, you will see filters to "Show Everything" -- which will show you all of your items regardless of if there was a change or not.
"Got Back In Stock" will display all items that have come back in stock since the last time you reset the filter.
"Gone Out of Stock" will display all items that have gone out of stock since the last time you reset the filter.
"Price Increased" will show you all items that have increased in price since the last time you reset the filter.
"Price Decreased" will show you all items that have had a price decrease since the last time you reset the filter.
"Shipping Increased" will show you all items that have had an increase in supplier shipping cost since the last time you reset the filter.
"Shipping Decreased" will show you all items that have had a decrease in supplier shipping cost since the last time you reset the filter.
"Aborted Due To Errors" will show you all items in which sku grid is unable to retrieve information from because it is receiving errors since the last time you reset the filter.
To go back to seeing all of your items on the grid, select "Show Everything".
So all you have to do if you want to come in and check on your items from time to time or every day for example, come in, select the various filters and check on your items to help you make an informed decision on how to make adjustments. When you're done reviewing the items, click the Reset Link. Then the next time you come in to use the filters, it will only display those changes that have occurred since that time.
This is a great benefit to those who are using Sku Grid for notifications only and not repricing since there are many reasons why you might not receive or check on an email.
The second filter on the page called "Filters" allows you to filter by several different status, by selling platform, and even by supplier.
You will have the ability to select "Paused Items" to show all items that are currently paused within your Sku Grid account,
"Items Without Profit" which would be items in which Sku Grid has calculated that it is very likely that you will take a loss on the item if it sells. Typically, this means that the item's selling price is within 5% of the supplier price. You will also see a Red No Profit label under the Reprice Item Column for these particular items.
"Active Items" shows all items that are currently active meaning Not Paused.
"Out of Stock Items" will display all items in which the supplier is out of stock.
"Repriced Today" will display all items that have been changed (price and or stock) today.
"Incorrect Variation Name" will display a list of items in which you have possibly entered an incorrect variation name.
If items come up in this filter, the Show All link under the Variation name you typed will be expanded to show you all possible variations as the supplier has them and how they need to be entered in Sku Grid. If you don't see what you typed in the drop down list, you need to edit the item and correct it to the correct variation name. Otherwise, incorrect variation names will lead to inaccurate tracking and out of stock items unnecessarily.
You can also filter by Marketplace. So you'll be able to switch between displaying items from Ebay US, Ebay UK, Amazon US, or Amazon UK allowing you to focus on handling matters within one marketplace at a time.
And finally, you have ability to filter by any supplier that you have used with your items. This is great for finding problems with suppliers or even applying a custom formula (using Multi Item Actions) to all items from a given supplier at one time without having to edit each one.
Note: If you see in your filter that you have items that are showing the supplier is "Vendor", you can use the filter to locate those items and further investigate or report them to Sku Grid as it means that Sku Grid cannot read the items.
