Finishing the mechanics for the head! A lot of connections: 2 water tubes, Power for the Pi computer, Power for the servos, petal (mouth) button open/close, flutter button, 3.5mm sound cord, and recharge cable for the speaker.
Once the costume has skin, I won't be able to reach in to turn the speaker on and adjust volume. So I made 'long' buttons! Used the tube of a writing pen, and a smaller diameter wooden dowel inside the tube so that when I push the wooden dowel it will work! Power, volume up, and volume down.
You also see the start of making skin patterns for the petals using material from a thin white sheet.
If you watch this on TikTok you will notice the background music is different! When I moved this from TikTok, YouTube didn't like the TikTok music, so I had to redo this YouTube and change the background music.
